About the Author…
Johnnie Craig is a former civil servant and record store slacker who took the scenic learning route to his first and only real career option: journalism. His writings and opinions on music, the arts, life, love and disgruntlement regularly appear in The Sunday Business Post, the Evening Herald, State Magazine and U Magazine. He has previously written for The Ticket in The Irish Times, InDublin, NME Ireland, AU, LivingIn and SoundsXP.com.
He is the researcher and stand-in presenter on The Kiosk, Phantom 105.2’s arts and culture show, presented by Nadine O’Regan, and is also a regular contributor to many other radio shows. Other than that, he’s been known to write the occasional, thoroughly entertaining script, some thrilling corporate copy and is just about ready to throw his first novel out into the world.
His favourite things include music, books, film, television, theatre, art, food, wine, coffee, travel and AC Fiorentina. He comes from Scotland, was brought up by Italians, became even more opinionated in London, and now resides in Dublin.
